Matt competed in his first sprint triathalon on June 14, 2009. He tried really hard to squeeze in his workouts without being gone too much from us, such a sweet dad. But for being his first race he did excellent! He finished 7th in his age group!!! We were so proud of him. He raced with his sister, Jamie and her husband John. Jamie finished 3rd in her age group and was the winner of the three of them. Nice work guys!

Nicely done! I could do the cycling part and a little of the running but none of the swimming, so kudos to you and Jamie and John.
