Baby Update
I went today to the specialist to take a look at baby girl's heart... and they could not find anything that was abnormal about it. Thank goodness! I wasn't too stressed out about it, but this definitely puts me at ease. The tech confirmed again that we were having a GIRL! I think all I need now is like 3 more ultrasounds before I start painting and shopping pink!! I'm slightly nervous about the whole pink world to be quite honest. And how am I going to do her hair??? I can't even do mine for heaven's sake! Anyways, counting my blessings today on a healthy baby!

YEAH!! I am so happy that all is well. Oh, the hair thing, if she is at all like Cru, you won't have to worry about it for a year or so. Just buy bows, syrup and headbands and you are all set. :)
So happy for you! That has got to be a relief. I am so glad they confirmed the girl for you too. What fun! I am sure she will be adorable! I don't know what you are talking about with your hair! You always look darling. Any names yet??
Yay! I am so happy everything turned out fine with your baby girl. The pink world is certainly different from boys but I am sure you will do fantastic with her. And really there isn't any hairdo a hair bow or head band can't fix!
That is a relief! I can't wait for "her" to get here and more importantly to have a name soooooonnn! j/k Don't stress about the whole hair thing, it isn't too hard although it is difficult to switch it up once you have a good thing going. You can practice on Shelby if you want. See ya in a few weeks!
So glad to hear that baby Hammons is doing well. You'll get used to the "pink" thing quick. Girls are a lot of fun.

wahoo! I'm so glad everything looks okay! As for bows-elmers glue works the best. nope, not kidding. it just washes out when you give them a bath :)We reign supreme when it comes to bald babies.
i leave on thursday, so I'll just be missing you by a day! bummer! why are you coming?
Haley we're so glad everything looks good. Hopefully the rest of your pregnance will be uneventful...maybe you'll even make it to the hospital a little earlier this time. :) Double stick tape works awesome for the little bows in newborn girl hair.
