Baby Update
I went today to the specialist to take a look at baby girl's heart... and they could not find anything that was abnormal about it. Thank goodness! I wasn't too stressed out about it, but this definitely puts me at ease. The tech confirmed again that we were having a GIRL! I think all I need now is like 3 more ultrasounds before I start painting and shopping pink!! I'm slightly nervous about the whole pink world to be quite honest. And how am I going to do her hair??? I can't even do mine for heaven's sake! Anyways, counting my blessings today on a healthy baby!

BIG news to tell...
Okay, I have some pretty big news for all to hear.... I AM PREGNANT!!!! I haven't said anything because of my not-so-good track record with those things, but I guess this baby is here to stay because I am a whooping 21 weeks! We went to the doctor today to find out what the baby is... and it's a....

a... are you getting anxious?
a...
GIRL!!! Well, 85% sure it's a girl!
We were very much in shock because we were sure it was another boy and I would have been happy either way. I've been leaning more girl the last week, but I am still not fully believing it's a "she" yet. For those of you counting, Cru and little sister will be only 17 1/2 months apart! Woah, little nervous about that!! Especially since Cru really loves his mom. Wish me luck. And any type of advice is well appreciated!
On another note, there were some questions about her heart valves and so they are referring me to a specialist to take a closer look. The doctor saw the four chambers, but one didn't have a closing like they should. Or something like that... that's why I bring Matt along, to remember all the medical details. I only pretend to know what they are talking about.
While this is somewhat disturbing, I'm trying hard not to be too stressed out. I'm sure everything will be just fine.
Soooo, that's the BIG news! I literally couldn't hold it in any longer! Even some people here in our ward don't know yet, I've hidden it well. Pictures to soon follow!! Hope all is well with everyone.

Washington Trip
Here are the pictures I promised! We had a great time in Washington visiting Haley's family... Treyson, Cru, and I. We survived two black eyes (one from each kid), an ear infection, a 24 hour flu, and forever runny noses!! We celebrated Halloween while we were there and that night Treyson came down with a little something. He was content just passing out the candy at the door! The next day he actually napped, which is unheard of, and later that night came down with a fever of 104 degrees--yikes! I MADE him have my sister Ashley put a cold cloth on him and it helped a lot. By the time I got home that night from Target it was down to 100.5, yah! I missed the throw up episode while at Target too, sorry Ash! But after a full day of recovery he was back to the ol' Treyson again. Cousin Teagen came down with an ear infection, not including his constant runny nose that we passed around a few times. It was a bit of a sleepless trip at times. We were able to have lots of fun with my brother's family and my older sister who came in from San Antonio. It was great to be able to see everyone and be able to hang out. We also were able to meet up with few old friends, which was really nice. Wished we lived closer!

We really are alive!
I know you all are waiting patiently for a new posting... so am I! I can't believe it's been a month since the last one. Oops. After the last posting I lost my camera, actually that day at the park! Sooo, we headed out to buy a new one, which ended up buying two, one for the "office" and one for the family. I HAD to have a camera for our trip to Washington! We had a lot of fun visiting old friends and lots of family time. We were plagued with a few sickness here and there and passed them around a few times. But all and all it was good times. I will have pictures later. I have a feeling there will be a boom of postings in the next month so beware, you will be sick of me! We are heading to Brian Head for some snow next week for Thanksgiving, Matt is hosting a free sealant day in his office on Saturday, he will be going on a scouting overnighter the next weekend, and then hopefully I will get to take a trip to visit friends in Cleveland for a weekend in December! So keep checking back for lots of good stuff!!!
